We are a Ghanaian based young and dynamic company which specialises in the provision of coastal and marine civil engineering solutions to its clients. WACAMS is a consolidation of professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the marine civil engineering industry throughout Africa namely Ghana, Angola, Guinea, Congo and Liberia.

Andre Olivier is a Coastal Engineer with a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Stellenbosch University and a MSc degree in coastal engineering from Plymouth University. Andre has over 10 years of experience in design, project management and construction on major marine projects in West Africa.
Andre specialises in the design and construction of marine infrastructures such as breakwaters, revetments, reclamation works, dredging projects, quay walls, aids to navigation and subsea pipelines. Andre has lead teams that have successfully implemented 3 multimillion-dollar marine projects in the last 6 years in Ghana. The major projects Francis and Andre has worked on is listed below:
Francis Jnr Avonsige is a Survey Engineer with a B.Sc. in Geomatic engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Francis has over 10 years of industry experience in the areas of engineering surveys both on land and marine infrastructure projects.
Country work experience include Ghana, Liberia, Guinea and Congo and areas of expertise include Breakwater surveys, Coastal monitoring surveys, Bathymetric (Hydro) surveys, Dredging and Reclamation, Aerial (drone) surveys, Irrigation / Dam surveys, Property Boundary surveys (Mines), As-built surveys, Road surveys and Pipeline route surveys.
Francis has worked on various projects with roles both on the contractor’s team and that of the Project Management Consultant (PMC). Most recent projects include the $1.5billion Tema Port Expansion Project (TPEP) as Survey Engineer for the PMC which involved overseeing all survey activities of both the marine works contractor and that of the land and building works contractor.
Priscilla Owusu-Ansah is an administrator, finance, and logistics expert and who has 6 years of experience in such roles. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of Ghana and training in Project Management and Safety.
